With their huge armour plated bodies and pointed horns, black rhinos appear invincible, yet they are one of the world’s most endangered animals. Our black rhino warriors Tool Kit is packed with hours of fun activities to help you take action and save our environment. You’ll be a rhino expert in no time!

Here’s what’s inside:

Inside you’ll find an animal kingdom poster to discover how species are grouped together and a fact file explaining the clever adaptations that have helped some species survive. Follow our traditional South African recipe for spicy sweet potato fritters and our eco hero card features a member of the first all-female anti-poaching unit. Use the I Spy card to discover which animals are visiting you at night, plus you’ll find a postcard to help you start a campaign to save our wildlife. There’s also a rhyme about black rhinos, a quiz to test your rhino knowledge, a pledge card and 20 black rhino facts facts to wow your friends. There’s also 2 activity cards packed with eight fun puzzles so you can start becoming a rhino expert immediately!

Activities include crafting a recycled rhino, getting messy with mud art, making a twirling helicopter and building a footprint tunnel to see what other creatures are living nearby.

There’s also a little something for grown-ups inside to help you answer any questions about extinction, why it happens and what it means and a useful glossary.

Bonus online content: Once your little eco hero has completed the activities, they can download a certificate to show their friends that they are a real BLACK RHINO expert! (QR code included in box)
