Returns policy
We hope that you love your It’s Our Planet Too goodies as much as we do, but we also understand there are times when things might not be quite right and we are always here to help the best we can.
You must request to return your items within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk or click here.
Returns
Please follow our returns policy as set out below:
Drop us an email or click here with your order number and a brief description of the issue and reason for return. We will reply as soon as possible, detailing the next steps.
Please return any items in their original packaging or a similar protective package to ensure it is kept safe during transit.
Please obtain proof of return postage as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post.
Any refunds will only be made against the original payment method used and will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and assessed.
Unfortunately as a small social venture and with our charitable business model we don’t cover the cost of returning the item to us as we simply can’t afford to at this stage.
It’s Our Planet Too cannot accept the following returns:
Any item requested for return outside the 14 day timeframe.
Items that have been used, including Tool Kits that have been opened.
Any product deemed by It’s Our Planet too to be non-re-saleable or less than perfect condition.
We are unable to offer exchanges, cancellations or refunds on digital products.
Faulty items
If you wish to exchange or refund a faulty item, please contact us on hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk or click here.
Due to the nature of our Tool Kits, they will only be considered faulty if they are received damaged.
Where possible, we will offer to replace items deemed faulty. Exchange of goods is subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so please use a recorded service.
Refunding a Tool Kit subscription
If you are currently on a subscription plan for our Tool Kits and require a refund, please contact us here.
We will charge you for the Tool Kits that you have already received at the monthly rate of £12.95 and will refund the remainder to your original payment method.
Please note that if you don’t want to receive your next Tool Kit, you will need to cancel before 25th of the month.
You will always receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled.
Cancelling an order
If you've already paid for the order you'll need to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it by emailing us at hello@itsourplanettoo.co.uk. We are unable to cancel any order once they have been dispatched.
